A cling film rewinder converts jumbo master rolls of plastic wrap into smaller, retail-ready hand or machine rolls.

Most machinery accommodates flexible finished roll inner diameters, standard size is 25mm,30mm,38mm,50mm,76mm etc.

Common types of cling film rewinder:

1.Automatic type:These machines utilize single shaft,3 shaft, 4 shaft, 5 shaft turret systems to run continuously. They handle core loading, high-speed rewinding, precise film cutting, and roll unloading completely autonomously. Many models reach speeds between 600m/min and 900m/min.

2.Semi automatic type: These systems offer a balance of efficiency and manual control. Operators manually load the paper cores or swap out finished rolls, while the machine handles the rewinding.

3.Slit rewind type: Machine built with integrated cutting blade,allows the jumbo roll to be cut into custom narrower widths (such as mini rolls or specialty catering sizes) during the rewinding cycle.

4.Perforation type: Specialized models that add tear-off perforation line to the film for effortless end-user pulling and wrapping.

5.Labelling type: Specialized models that add automatic labelling function,easy to find the begining of the roll and open it.
