Automatic pre-stretch rewinder is our latest Europe technology for fully automatic prestretch rewinding the mother roll of stretching film into a small sub roll with certain desired pre-stretch ratio.

By setting of the pre-stretching ratio,it results the different ratio of pre-stretching of rewinding.

Machine is updated for having option add on hemmed edge/folded edge on the two side of pre stretched sub roll to avoid hurt for the roll when it is fall down on the floor.

Machine is specially designed for oscillating during the rewinding,in order to make the fluffy and loose roll by appears bigger in diameter and in width.
with hemmed&folded edge,it will not to cause the folding edge will be hard by oscillating rewinding.

As it is additonal parts,it can switch off when to do the pre stretch roll rewinding without folded/hemmed edge.

The oscillating is option for switch off as This is to make the machine to be multi-purpose to rewinding standard PE stretch film roll,PE food wrapping film roll,and PVC cling film roll etc.
